dwDesiredAccess 
- Ignored. 
 bInheritHandle 
- Ignored. 
 lpName 
- Pointer to a null-terminated string that names the shared memory object to open. Name comparisons are case sensitive. 
 location 
- Pointer to a pointer that receives the shared memory object's virtual address.

- Handle to shared memory object 
 - Success. 
 - NULL 
 - Failure. For extended error information, see GetLastError.

- This function operates in the real-time portion of your application. 
 - The iwin32x API also includes an RtOpenSharedMemory function that operates in the Windows portion of your application. 
 - Use RtUnmapSharedMemory to free the virtual memory associated with this call.
