PciSetPowerState

Sets the ACPI power management state of a PCI device.

WORD PciSetPowerState(
    PCIDEV *dev, 
    WORD new_state
);

dev: The PCI device whose power management you want to set.
new_state: The new power management state (For example: 0 == D0, 3 == D3, etc.).

Returns old power state, or 0 if power management is not supported on the device.
