Sets the type of a receive queue. If this type is set to HPE_TIMESTAMP then 64 bits of timestamp data (HPE_1588_TIMESTAMP) are prepended to all received frame. Additional space must be provided in the receive buffer for them.

Parameters
devhandle 
- A handle value for the device. 
 queue_index 
- The index of the designated queue. 
 rx_attribs 
- The valid attributes are:
HPE_RX_TIMESTAMP | 
Append timestamp | 
HPE_RX_NONOTIFY | 
Do not signal when an Rx interrupt occurs. Use this option when polling mode is desired but interrupts must be enabled for hpeSetTargetTimer. | 
     
Return Values
A status value indicating the success or failure of the operation:
E_OK | 
The operation completed successfully. | 
E_EXIST | 
The handle given is not a handle for an open HPE interface. | 
E_PARAM | 
The rx_queue_type parameter is invalid | 
E_LIMIT | 
The queue_index parameter is out of range for the current hardware interface. |
