Parameters

dirname

Pathname of the directory to be removed. The directory must be empty, and it must not be the current working directory or the root directory.

Return Values

0 (zero).

Success.

-1 and the function sets errno to one of these values:

EACCES	The given pathname is not a directory; or the directory is not empty; or the directory is the current working directory or the root directory.
ENOENT	Pathname not found.

Failure.
