HeapAlloc (iwin32)

Provides the same features as malloc. Provided only for compatibility.

LPVOID HeapAlloc(
    HANDLE hHeap,
    DWORD dwFlags,
    DWORD dwBytes
);

Parameters

hHeap
Ignored.
dwFlags
Ignored.
dwBytes
Number of bytes to allocate.

Return Values

Pointer to allocated memory block
Success.
NULL
Failure; function does not call SetLastError.
